Greetings!! It's been while since I've been on here. Just when I thought I finally was on the right path to a healthy life, crap hit the fan. Now, with everyone around me starting to change their eating and exercise habits, it is making it easier for me to get back into the swing of things. Yes, "Welcome Back"...although I don't know if I can welcome you back if I've been in and out myself. :) I have lingered but I, like you, definitely lost some focus. At the beginning of last year I told myself that as long as I never give up, I'm winning the battle...so you're still winning because you're back. Good luck as you continue to make healthy changes.
