1) Focus on the amount of calories I'm ingesting
2) Focus on the quality of the foods I'm ingesting
A little less calories, *maybe*, but I won't stress about it at the moment. We'll see how things play out.
No burnt meat! No factory farmed meat! Less dairy!
I'd eventually like to have no dairy, except for maybe heavy cream and butter.
