Boy I really pigged out tonight on all the wrong foods. I did not go over my calorie count for the day surprise surprise! But oh those fat and carb cals!!! I volunteered today so I worked pretty hard it says I have a negative 699kcal so if I can just not snack tonight I might be OK... Or if I do just eat protein.
