Today I ate pretty normally, but I had way too many carbs. I ate a bowl of cereal and a banana. Then I did my Insanity work out. I'm on week 2, day 3 of Insanity. After I had my protein shake. Then for lunch I ate a healthy fruit and veggie salad, but had a sandwich with it which I could have skipped. For dinner I ate a lunch box, which is chicken, rice, and an assortment of vegetables. The chicken was fried, but I tried to pick most of the skin off. My goal for tomorrow is less carbs.
