Well my working out has not been the best this week. I have a cold that just won't leave...It seems no matter what I take it doesn't do a thing for it either. I am thinking I caught it from the newbies at the gym...or kids at school, both are germ ridden! lol I am going to try and make it to the gym this morning. It seems I go through I can either breathe really well or not at all. Well if I am having trouble breathing I guess I will just walk on the treadmill instead of running. I talked to my friend Stacy yesterday and she ran for the first time on the treadmill and was very excited. I am so excited for her. I told her if she keeps it up we could run a 5k this spring. Well I am off to get ready for the gym and then getting ready for my Steeler win today!!! Go STeELERS!!!!!

So, you're going to the inauguration? How exciting! I hope you're feeling better by then. Should be an exciting game today. Um, I'm rooting for the Ravens, but don't hold that against me! :) What grade do you teach? I know all about the germs at school! I'm in a middle school and those kids are SO generous with their sneezes and coughs!

I am the librarian in an elementary school, so I get the honor of having 570 kids come in and share their germs! lol I have purell by the tissues to remind them to get a squirt after they blow their nose... Last year was my first year in the library and a new school for me I was sick for the entire month of Dec. b/c of kids and dirty books...yuck! I am constantly washing my hands and wiping down tables.

Your Steelers won! Go you! I still think you should get yourself healthy before going back to the gym. You might aggravate your symptoms. Plus the gym will still be there once you're well. You might just extend it. Good job with the hand washing, especially having to work in an elementary school!

I am very excited for my Steelers!!! Yeah!! I have been taking it easy at the gym. Although I went to the inauguration today and stood around in the cold, so I am sure that is great for a cold! lol. But what a good day I had today. :)
