There's no "good morning" from me today. Not that it hasn't been a good morning, but more because we're at 10:30 am already. Almost lunch time. :)
I did reasonably well yesterday. Reasonably.
I have deducted 250 calories per day to ensure a one kilo fat loss over the next month, and I didn't manage to cut them down.
I could have if I wanted to, but I didn't want to. I was attacked by Iced Coffee in the evening. It's all good. All other nutritional criteria was met, my intake was NOT higher than my calorie burn, and things are fine.
EDIT: ...and looking back at my numbers, I actually DID manage to stay within my allowed RDI with a 250 calorie drop. I guess I was STILL sleeping. LOL. It's all good. END OF EDIT.

I'm at work, so this WILL be a short journal.
Weight is up a little, the usual ups and downs, as is body fat percentage. Fluid and muscle weight is down. Nothing too drastic and nothing to worry about.

It's a busy day today, full of meetings at work, and working a BUSY day at the gym tonight. I'll be home late, up early, and busy again. Phew.

Today, I'm thankful for: - A night with slightly better sleep, though there is PLENTY of room for improvement. - Coffee! - Hitting the gym ever so slightly this morning. I still feel silly only doing ONE rep per machine. - Walking. Keep that calorie burn going. I'm at 9,858 steps so far today. I'm guessing I'll reach 15,000 by the end of the day. - You guys!
