I just ate a small piece of fudge and felt guilty for a minute. BUT then I told myself it was ok because 1) I only allowed myself one piece 2) I am still under my RDI for the day and 3) the best reason of all....I went to the gym today!!!!!! I feel so good! I only stayed for 45 minutes but that is still 45 minutes more than I have been doing the past couple months. I feel great about it!
