Slept in and was fearful of getting on the scale immediately. I did pushups, squats, and 30 minutes on the exercise bike. Even after all that, I weighed 231.5, up 2.9 from yesterday (and 8.5 pounds in the last three days)! Yikes! Christmas celebrations. Jumping back on the wagon today with OMAD until dinner. UPDATE: Got to 230.4 before dinner but a lot more to go. Did OMAD, but ate a lot for dinner as we had our Christmas Dinner a day late.
