I think there's something wrong. I am dropping weight too fast for my liking. I know that's the ultimate goal but since Tuesday I've dropped another 3+ pounds, and I haven't even been exercising that much this week. I wonder if it has anything to do with my hospital visit. I'll have to call my doctor to see if this is normal.

Whoa! No complaints here. Weight loss is usually a good thing but if you haven't been feeling well then calling the doctor is definitely the right thing to do. We can't have a down and out "Sarge" leading our troop - now can we!

I agree... call the Medic immediately.. we don't want you in sick bay "Sarge".. if all is well... enjoy the 3 lb loss....

I don't know you but thought I could lend you some advice. About a year ago I was in your shoes. I was about 270-275 and when i cut my calories down to 1500 and exercised I lost weight almost 6 pounds in 1 week. Just keep it up. If you feel light headed or dizzy see a doctor but I think you're ok. I looked at your food journal and you're burning between 2500-3400 calories a day. A pound is 3500 calories so you'll easily burn 3 pound in four days. I wouldn't worry.

Thanks guys. The only reason I was so worried was because I had just been to the hospital with the whole iron anemia thing...but I called my 24 hour nurse hotline and they told me if I didnt have any other symptoms like dizziness or nausea then I was probably okay.

When I was in the 250s I lost a lot and fast. It was all on the up and up my body was ready and responding. I kept my calorie intake where it should be at least 1200 a day some weights the calories got higher.
