Out of town visitor arrived. Diet went out the door. Had grand breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Almost forgot the plentiful amount of beverages. Start again tuesday morning. Did I mention the smoked brisket we did during the ball games saturday. Totally awesome. I hate diets but they must be done.
