Day 15 BOOTCAMP

I got up at 7ish this morning! DO I hear a band playing? Okay it was 7.59 BUT still on the right side of 8AM!

Went for long walk/run/lunge circuit stuff exercise jaunt this morning. Feeling very good about that. Was able to almost arm walk the entire length of the parallel bars too. I thought my problem was my upper arm strength-I realize now it's my "delicate" wrists. They hurt so bad. I have to do push ups on my knuckles. Have calouses to prove it.

MORE DOLPHINS TOO! There is a whale caught in fishing lines reported off of San Pedro heading in our direction. The coast guard is flying and the lifeguards are manning the beaches with binoculars trying to mount a rescue. I hope it will be found in time.

The sea was flat as a lake this morning. The surf was silent. It was very peaceful. Could see Catalina to the left and Malibu to the right. Temps are in low 80's. Sorry all my buddies in brrr land.

The beast was so very happy! He has been flat on the kitchen tile for hours-hopefully he will be too tired to try to kill the postman.

Okay-all this rambling is to avoid the declaration that I have gained a pound! Even though I had three days in a row this week at under 140 (137 one day), this am I am back to 141. BOOH HOO!

I'm sure it's a temporary gain, don't worry! Your long exercising walk sounds beautiful. Thinking positive thoughts for the whale!

Are you turning into an EARLY bird? OMG.....don't leave us night owls! LOL Sounds like a nice exercise route you have. Try not to worry about the weight gain. As long as you stay on track, you'll be fine. Can I come to visit you so I can get warm???? I'm frozen over here!!!! :)

OMG, how jealous am I? My husband and I love the sea and we visit it as often as we can, beach trips in FL, cruises where we sail on it and visit the caribbean. You get to walk/run/lunge by it? Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
