Woo hoo!!!! Another 2 pounds this week! I am getting so close to my goal weight (only 2 pounds away), but I am thinking that I will probably decrease my goal weight by another 5 pounds. My scale is off by 5 pounds and to truly be at 150 pounds, then my scale has to say 145. I have hovered around the 160 (165 real weight) for so long that I would have been happy seeing my scale say 150. Since starting this challenge though and seeing the progress I am making, I want to go for the "real world" 150. Watch for a goal change from me.
