finally! after the holidays are over, i'm down 3 more pounds. getting back to yoga on wednesday, too, which should bump the weight loss down some more. 22 more pounds to my first major milestone!!
282.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 107.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
