Great keto start to the day.. 6g net carbs and 70% fat.
Atkins Crispbread, with philly cream cheese, vegemite and 1/4 of avocado (delish!). Boiled egg with butter, salt and cayenne pepper and a little cherry tomato on the side for balance 😊
