had a pretty good day today... Working night shift definitely makes weight loss a lot harder but my scrubs are already fitting better which is exciting! Oh and thankfully i had EIGHT WHOLE HOURS of sleep.. it was amazing. :) Back on the grind right now and have my boiled eggs and mustard ready for my "lunch" later tonight.
