First official day reducing calories again. This time I'm trying to keep my protein above 100 grams a day - maybe more like 150 on a good day. Keep lifting 4 days a week and get a little cardio in.

Hey, thanks for the add! I'm also trying to keep my protein levels high, but have no idea how to get above 80, as I can't eat red meat. Do you have any tips or tricks?
