Thankful that i have a 4 day weekend!
I have a new exercise toy. I ordered a set of long loop resistance bands on Amazon with handles and a thing to anchor them to a door closed on them. I think i will be using them a lot! I am thinking that i should have ordered a set with ankle cuffs as well.
I have been letting youtube run with band workouts and info on how to use them. Started my day with a mile walk video and then a 30 min. Beginner resistance band workout. Have to start easy and work up to harder-- just am not able to jump in like I could when younger. Most exercise on these seem to also strengthen core.
Time to work on Christmas stuff.
