I have not been doing good on my diet last few days. I got invited to a buffet and took full advantage of the food there; mainly protein but even more of that than I should have had. Starting new job on Monday after being unemployed for 2 years and kind of nervous about it. I wish I could ask my family for more support but after I have disappointed them so many times, I do not feel that I can until I show them that I am serious about making this work this time.
