Here goes nothin! I have about twenty pounds to lose but more than that I want a new, healthy LIFESTYLE where someday I will actually WANT to exercise and enjoy eating right.
However, day one, I totally want nothing to do with exercise. I'll try to make myself do it, but my biggest challenge is when/where since I have 3 small kids and my husband and I both work super strange hours that makes life incredibly complicated.
