Day 6 and it's going well so far! Spinning last night was HAAAAAAAAARD WORK! Circuits tonight, my body is gonna huuurt!
Ate a few more calories than I'd have liked to yesterday but still not bad at 1462, think I need to get it down to about 1250 - although in my head, fruit shouldn't have calories!
