So good, two other flavors as well. Peanut butter and maybe caramel. Seen at Costco and Kroger in my state.

I saw those at the store today and when I looked at the nutrition there were 12 carbs and only 2 dietary fiber:/

Probably because they use a sugar alcohol as their sweetener and that gets counted as carbs on label but many low carbers count them as fiber.

When I was first diagnosed with diabetes, the dieticians all said avoid sugar alcohols like the plague. I don't, but I don't count them as fiber either. *confused*

I meant just in the sense that you do not count them as carbs

Dr. Atkins said not to count them in his book. They have no glycemic impact on your metabolism.

Yes the alcohol sugar and fiber get subtracted to have 2 net carbs. But I count the 12 and love em anyway. Just thought I’d share as of all we can’t eat. These are a great treat. Enjoy or not. I buy them in H.E.B. Here.

Gave one to my daughter n law who isn’t eating low carb and she loved it. So that is another vote.
