Good morning everyone. I was going to start my diet tomorrow, but decided today was better. No time like the present, right? Woke up in a great mood and I want to get this started. Have'nt exercised yet, but I will. Then I'll post that. I think if I keep posting and getting involved with the groups and challenges it will keep me accountable for my actions. Is that what has helped a lot of you?

Diet Calendar Entry for 02 January 2011:

Hi...looks like you have a lot of motivation! Good for you. I definately feel like posting here frequently my weight, what I eat, and how I exercize holds me accountable. I think posting my weight was a big step for me- no lying , no holding back...now rounding down the numbers. I think for me to see on the graphs where my calories come from...also help keep me on track. Good job and have a grea workout! I'm headed to the gym in a bit too :) -Lucy
