Five out of 7 days perfect OMAD, meals eaten within 1.25 hours. the two high calorie days six hour eating window. Happy to be only 10% over my RDI on those days. Daily average for the first week is 79% of my RDI less than 2400 calories. So happy with my intake for the first week. Also, happy with consistent daily exercise about 2 hours per day, did have one rest day. Two pound weight loss. Was hoping for more, have to weight and see how it goes for this next week.
