Monday Dec 7- down a pound and feeling good about the progress. I have to keep reminding myself it's not a race and 1-2 lbs a week is the target! sticking to 1600 calories a day and on average its about 1460 a day, but need to up my water intake! ack, water, just not my drink, haha
