omg! i ate breakfast over at my parent's house today...one look at my diary and you will find out what the "omg" is for! how could i have done that? well, the more i think about it the worst thing i did was eat a biscuit so it wasn't that bad.oh and all that coffee couldn't have helped either.(creamer was sugar free so i won there!=-) i did however fail my challenge again this week,and i was trying sooooooo hard. i hope i get another chance.

i took my exercise break yesterday so i am ready to get back at it today. my schedule has been a little off though this morning so i have to wait until i get the boys from school. it's gotta be done!!!! y'all keep praying for me that i can keep on keepin' on!!8-)

keep on! keep on! don't look at it as failing for the week. you did one thing wrong, one meal. you have the rest of the day, week, life to get on the right track. (not sure about the challenge) but its for YOU and you only... so whatcha gonna do... keep on?

Just watch what you eat the rest of the day!! You don't have to starve yourself. Hey, I have family in KY and TN and they used to cook HUGE breakfasts! They were to die for. Literally, health wise and flavor wise!!! SOOOO GOOOOD! And always had a pot of pinto beans on the stove!
