Well...today was my first day of recording what I ate, but I gotta tell you I did horrible! Had some friends and family over for New Years last night...grazed all night last night and then b/c it was at my place I got stuck with all of the left overs which I grazed all day today...tonight I purged my fridge and my pantry of all of the garbage food! I also quit smoking today too so I am really on edge as well...I really hate being fat and unhealthy...the worst part is my son is starting to get chubby now too and I have to start setting a better example and making healthier choices for both of us!
