so i just got done doing ym first real exercise in a very long time. I did this walk at home program...15 minutes is supposed to be 1 mile. I actually was able to do the whole 15 minutes and probably could have kept going, but i decided i would ease into it. The full program is 4 miles... so i think i am going to do 1 week 1 mile. My goal is to be doing the full program by 1 month.
