Specific Goals for January 2014 1.Get 8 hrs of sound sleep nightly. 2.Drink at least 94oz of water daily. 3.Stick to my challenge to Blast the Fat. 4.Complete 1 full pull-up,4 full push-ups,touch my toes,2 min's of jumping jacks. (According to the Fitness Test to put me in the Intermediate Level) 5.Lose 7 lbs(1.75/wk) & 5"(1"from Bust & Hips,2"from waist) 6.Lower BMI 2 pts. 7.Remember:I cannot become who I want to be by remaining who I am.
