I'm ba-ack. Back in August I decided to try the WW Simply Filling Technique. And while it's a great way to lose weight without logging tracking everything that enters your mouth, I tended to start eating larger portions, and basically get a bit sloppy. And it slowly began to show on the scale.
Over a period of 4 months, I regained 5-6 pounds of the 32 I had lost. And then over the holidays, I simply gave in and ate what I pleased, including tons of my homemade cookies, and elaborately calorie intensive holiday meals. And now it's 2014, and I find it's time to whip myself back into shape again.
Luckily I didn't give in completely, so I left 2013 about 20 pounds lighter than I entered it. Now to do even better in 2014! Hey, it took me years to gain this excess weight, I guess it's going to take me years to lose it again too, which seem pretty fitting. lol
Hope everyone is back for the new year and that we can all attain our weight goals in the coming months. Let's take back our lives and get on with our journey! :)
