The time has come for me to get serious about my weight loss. I am at an all time high weight of 207 lbs. I feel horrible. I hate the way I look in pictures or in the mirror.
My goal is to lose 72lbs in 36 weeks or less. I am going to follow my own basic diet of just counting my calorie & calcium intakes. I'm looking to stay between 1500- 1800 max calories. Also, I plan on exercising at least 3 times a week for an hour or more.
