Thank you for welcoming me back and showing support! It’s been an extremely rough eight months with my mother, and then I lost her. COVID has impacted every facet of life, and I have just one thing good to say about it; it spared my mom from the worst yet to come from Alzheimer’s.
I stress ate, which undid so much good work. My joints hurt from stupid sugar and my bad knee hates me again. Yesterday I did my first workout in who knows how long and noticed how much strength I lost. Even though I never quit moving and doing hard labor on my little farm, obviously daily cardio workouts and weight lifting cannot be replaced. So back to daily workouts and low carb and no sugar to find my healthy, comfortable and happy body again. Tu
