I keep finding myself back here at the end of the year with the same New Years Goal to lose weight...seems almost like a joke so my New Years Resolution for this year is to record everything I eat and drink and all of the exercise I do for 30 days consecutively...starting today...now I realize that perhaps I should make that for the whole year or something; however, I also know that I need to succeed at some of the goals I set for myself...if I can record what I eat and actually put a number to the calories that I am taking in perhaps that will help with weight loss. I am also not going to have any alcohol in that 30 days and only diet soda as well!
