I'm sure some of you will get a kick out of this....but I am really excited because I got a lunch box today :-) My aunt sent me one in the mail from LL Bean when I told her I was trying to eat healthier and pack my lunches, but it was hard without a lunch box. I've been looking pretty silly walking into work with all my goodies in a plastic bag! Anyway, so as sad as it sounds, I was excited to pack my lunch for work tomorrow! haha

Speaking of lunch....today I was sort of stressing because I didn't have time to eat lunch. We had a busy lunch rush and there was just no time. I have been pretty good this whole week about eating every couple hours to keep me metabolism up and so I'm not starving and overeating at my next meal. So when I couldn't eat lunch I was worried I would be starving and want to eat everything in site. Luckily, I was able to have a quick minute or two later for my salad so I felt a lot better. But it was weird looking back at the situation now because in the past I wouldn't have blinked at eye at not eating for awhile and then wolfing something down later.

Go youi for realizing the importance of not allowing yourself to get to the "starving" point. I just figured that out. I been snacking on fruit for snacks. I need to start packing my lunch. Thanx to you I'm going to do that. Its too tempting going into fast food joints hungry. Tonight I went into McDonalds and got a salad but I feel strong today. What about one of my weaker days. Packing lunch is the best option. Thanx girl! You Rawk! Keep being your bad ass self... you inspire!

Aww Choo, thanks! I am glad I could inspire you! It really does help having food handy because before I started packing lunches, I wanted to stop at every fast food joint on the way home because I was starving! But hey, at least you went with a salad at Mickey D's instead of a Big Mac! I just hope you were careful about the toppings ;-)

Yeah... I had the ceaser dressing... only half of the pack. Was worth it. Tasted great. Hahaha
