Big salad for dinner with lots of veggies and only 1 serving of dressing. Other than drinking soda i did really well with my food today.

Keep it up :) Remember its 70-80% What you eat and the rest is being active. As they say abs are made in the kitchen and the more healthy you eat the better you will feel. Doing great!
