I started Weight Watchers about a month ago and I love it! I can eat what I want as long as it's in moderation. There are so many foods that have no points that I rarely feel hungry. I set my goal at 145 and I've lost seven pounds already so I'm on my way.
Stay strong everyone and do what you have to do to hit your goal You're worth it!
