I made it through my birthday and 2 Thanksgiving dinners. I cooked a feast on Thursday and had a plate with everything I cooked. I tried both desserts I made. I ate leftovers for 4 days. I ate at someone else's house, a simple plate with a tiny bit of everything. No dessert. I imagined I would gain 5lbs ,maybe even 7!!! I faced the music this morning... I'm only up 1.4lbs and Iam so happy that I might just try to get in ketosis now and start eating clean keto. I do need to stick up on supplies first.
