I have been so positive about chipping away .2 or .4 lbs a day, but it ticks me off when over night I gain a lb. back that it took me 3 days to lose... and I haven't even been bad. I know that it is sodium and I am just bloated, but it sucks that 2 days before the end of my first challenge I have to work my butt off even more. Ok, rant over. Off to the treadmill.
