I have not weighed myself in a month and there is a reason for that. I have been a train wreck. No one to blame but myself. WoWSERS though. I need to bring out my old pants that I swore last year I would never wear again. I told myself I would not regain what I lost, but I have. Not all of it but close I am sure. 2014 is a new year. I have set some resolutions for myself. 1) Think long-term vs short-term 2) Think healthy vs lose weight 3) Think portion size vs what I want 4) Think stick with it vs controlled my emotions and mood 5) Think of how good it feels when I am exercising vs what a slug I feel like when I don't 6) Think how good it feels when making progress toward goal weight vs wanting to hide in comfy clothes
This is a start. No one can make the changes but me. Here I come 2014.
