I haven't been able to work out, and I haven't been following the 'diet' very well. Hoagie and french fries last night - but that was worse than I'll usually allow myself even if I do cheat. I started eating candy, too, and I can never eat a little chocolate. Time to hit it again. I lost weight, but I'm afraid it's probably muscle turning to flab since I haven't worked out at all.
