4:15 a.m. bread eating. Hungry. Ate one piece, one point. Gonna go back to sleep. I think it's okay if I can't sleep from hunger to eat a piece of bread at night. I'll just have it as part of my morning points. I've been doing well for the last three days, so I want to continue on with the same low point days. I smartly avoided going out with fam and father in law to restaurant. Always too much of a food fest. Missed them, but evening alone was good for me. Had salad w/ tuna instead!

Well done Deb!! Have a nice sleep... I got up at 2:30 or so with a tummy ache from all the vegies and fruit I packed in last night, lol. I know it was too much and I paid for it!! I will hand it to you... at least you have portion control, LOL.

I see you counted the bread as part of your breakfast. As long as you can account for the night time munching and work it into your points, there isn't anything wrong with it as far as I can see. I've never woken up hungry like that. Maybe it's because I take Metamucil before going to bed and the fibre keeps the hungries at bay? Don't know. But you are keeping it all in balance and that can only mean good things on the scales. Good job!

One piece of bread is a good snack! Not so long ago, you would have had a pig out session in the middle of the night! Look how far you've come! Great job to you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
