Got up at 5am all week to workout. As I sit here at my desk at work and eat my raw broccoli and hummus I realize that I am exhausted. Luckily I am off work tomorrow and will sleep in a bit. Then I wonder if I should just get up at 5 on my day off anyway to ensure I get my workout in with all the crap I have to do. I wish I would get energy you are supposed to get when you are eating right and exercising!
