It had been the holidays, and I think that by keeping my weight within a few lbs. of what it was a month ago, around thanksgiving, I have done alright by not puting on a lot of weight during this time. It is really time to buckle down and get radicle abouht my calorie intake and exercise. That is what it really boils down to, "eat less and move more". I believe it is also important to eat the right foods and take in the right nutrition.
