The holidays are behind me. Now to get down to some serious life style changes. My plan is to give up most pasta, potatoes, rice, flour, and sugar. I plan to eat healthier. Sticking with lean meats, fish, vegetables, and fruits, and nuts. At my age I need to think heart smart.
