The mirrors at the gym are kind of brutal in a way because you can see absolutely EVERYTHING from every angle. This is kind of one of those moments where I think, "Man, how did I let myself get THIS bad?" Only 5 years ago I was 50 pounds lighter, an athletic pretty girl without these chipmunk cheeks. I know she's still under there somewhere, I just have to keep at it and realize that if I am honest with my diet and I work hard, the weight has to come off eventually. Calories in vs. calories out, right?
