So continuing my reverse diet, getting closer to 1800 average and did better with protein a little last week. Weight is staying the same with slow increase of calories. I’m going to try to continue improving protein intake while averaging 1800 to 1825 this next week. Will try to not go below 1800 each day next week except for a little to average in turkey day.
