Good Morning! I'm hoping to get back to walking soon. I have one more radiation procedure and then I'm done! WhooHoo!!
I gained 3 lbs, probably water weight, actually it felt like it was more than 3 lbs. After all this I am starting to eat right, no fast foods for sure! I'm trying to find a weight loss plan I can live with and AFFORD. I have tried everything and I do mean everything....well that isn't a fair statement...there are a few new ones out there.
