I’m the same at the minute, my weight loss is having a lull. I’m going to try and mix all my meals up a bit this week as I keep to be stuck eating all the same foods constantly. Keep going!! You’ll get there!

Go 3 days without any carbs no bread 🥪 no cereal 🥣 no rice and potato no sugar free biscuits not even any Ryvita just feel your empty got with extra fruit and extra veg and extra salad and see the big difference if you're still feeling hungry they have a protein shake and if you don't know where to get one try Holland and Barrett they got lots of protein shakes and whey powder or just use SlimFast on top of your diet it won't make you fat glass of milk shake here and there won't hurt as long as you're eating properly let's say you've had fish and vegetables and you still felt hungry because you had no carbs then drink a protein shake that should do the trick 👍🏿😁

One thing to take into account is that as you lose weight your calorie requirements also goes down so it's worth checking that your so eating the correct amount of calories as you progress. Regarding the calories required, everywhere says that my daily calorie requirements should be 2000 ish if I'm doing nothing but my fitbit, on a day when I do no exercise, only registers 1800 burnt. It's worth checking that too. One other thing I noticed, not sure how much truth there is to it but it could be your body is adjusting itself to cope with a lower calorie diet. What you could do is calculate how many calories you should be consuming in a week and plan them out so that you have a couple of days a week with slightly higher intake and the others with slightly lower. As long as your calorie intake for the week is a deficit you should still lose weight.
