Last day of work today and then off for a week! And the indulging has begun and I'm not going to worry about it. Just try and keep my eating in check and exercise when possible. I'm not going to track either until Jan.2!

Oooh enjoy the week off of work, and your indulgences. I'm always an advocate to just limit what you can and enjoy yourself, then hop back on after vacation. Have a great time!!
