Exercise notes: Stairmaster level 2 done first; heart rate too high on Heartbreak Hill so needed support; did level 1 immediately after and felt tired the entire time; HR too high on nearly every hill so needed support which I have not needed previously; cool room so no fan, but may have needed it to feel better?????
Too cold and blustery for any walking outside plus Sunday is normally a day off.

Nice job on getting in the exercising. I'm just too lazy and my get up and go has got up and left.lol Just trying to slow down a bit to re-group. Well, got to go back to the barn for night time chores. BRRRRR just too cold. It only reached 10 all day here. Talk soon.:)
