With a heavy heart, I have decided to leave Atkins alone.
I'm doing MY version of WW. I'm not relying solely on points, but am staying within my allowance of points.
After reading Jillian's book, Losing By Winning, I have calculated how many calories that I need to consume each day, so in addition to staying within my points limit, I'm also limiting calories.
I am still very much sugar free and lower carb, however, I am also low fat as well...which can't be a bad thing.
I just set myself up to fail every time I do atkins. I can't stay on it for too long.
I needed a plan that I could stick to for a lifetime. I needed to learn how to eat what I love, "normal" foods like bread, noodles, and potatoes in moderation and I know this will help me.
